AEW Blind Tag Team Tournament Winners Decided On AEW Dynamite AEW

Find out who won the AEW ‘Blind’ Eliminator Tag Team Tournament on tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite (July 19).

Before the tag team tournament final match kicked off, there was another hang out vignette shown from MJF and Adam Cole.

After some more shenanigans from everybody’s new favorite besties ahead of the match, including a trip to the infamous Boston Chinese food restaurant, Kowloon for some spicy food and strong drinks, they also revealed some gifts for one another.

With Cole giving MJF matching jackets while MJF gifted Cole matching trunks, they were ready to go but Cole had another surprise for MJF.

The pair entered to a new mashup theme song featuring both of their iconic entrance themes, but that wasn’t the final music that would play before the match got started.

After some diabolical thrusting by Daniel Garcia kicked off a thrust-off in the ring, there was an impromptu pre-match dance-off.

Yes, you read that right – ahead of the AEW ‘Blind’ Eliminator Tag Team Tournament final, the pairs initially sought to settle their beef through a good old fashioned dance-off.

You can see a video of that below!

As the match itself got to its latter stages, Adam Cole held down the middle rope for MJF and he ended up doing a dive between the ropes to take out both Garcia and Guevara, much to the delight of the crowd.

With the fans going wild for pretty every move MJF and Cole were executing, the match was very fun and the ending just served to continue the good times.

In the end, not only did the pair finally hit the Double Clothesline they’ve been teasing for weeks, but they also picked up the win with a pinfall victory over Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara.

After the match when Chris Jericho tried to talk to Guevara and Garcia, the pair simply blew him off and left, still not happy that Jericho hasn’t decided whether or not he’s going to join the Don Callis Family.

Also after the match, Adam Cole was staring a little too lovingly at the AEW World Championship title belt and MJF did not appreciate it. After a short exchange, things were back to all smiles until Cole wasn’t looking and MJF looked around suspiciously.

It was then that FTR came out to the ring to have a stare down with their future opponents for the title bout set for Saturday, July 29 on Collision.
