Bryan Danielson AEW Return Update

Bryan Danielson AEW Return Update AEW

A return update on the next in-ring appearance for Bryan Danielson arrived by omission on tonight’s AEW Dynamite (November 22).

Tonight on AEW Dynamite the AEW Continental Classic kicked off with three big matches from the Gold league with two from the Blue league set for Saturday.

This Saturday November 25 live in Pittsburgh, AEW will be going head-to-head with WWE Survivor Series for a special three hour long edition of programming.

Similarly to last weekend’s Saturday night before the Full Gear pay-per-view, Saturday will feature AEW Rampage and AEW Collision back to back.

The block will be taking on the premium live event Survivor Series during the same time, however two big AEW Continental Classic matches were confirmed.

On Saturday, there will be two Blue league matches although it seems neither will feature Bryan Danielson.

Instead, Daniel Garcia who commentary referred to as ‘an underdog’ of the tournament will face off against Claudio Castagnoli.

Elsewhere, Brody King will take on Eddie Kingston.

This is notable because three matches from the Gold league were on Dynamite tonight, but this would mean there’ll only be two from the Blue league on Collision, which means there may have to be some catchup somewhere to even things out rather than simply having three matches on each show.

It’s always possible Bryan Danielson vs Andrade El Idolo will be announced between now and Saturday, but it definitely wasn’t mentioned during Dynamite tonight as the other two matches were, which implies it won’t be happening.

Tonight, Jon Moxley picked up the victory over Mark Briscoe, thereby earning 3 points along with the other two winners of the night, Swerve Strickland and Jay Lethal.
