MJF Loses ROH Tag Team Title To ‘Devil’s Masked Men’ On AEW Dynamite AEW

MJF has lost the ROH Tag Team Championship after a betrayal in the AEW Dynamite main event sees the champion laid out.

However when Samoa Joe did not appear for his entrance, instead he was shown on the screen

With MJF saying that he wanted to proceed with the match, he took off his jacket to reveal his left shoulder ‘heavily wrapped’ as noted by commentary.

MJF went ahead with the match, going on to fight both masked men alone, he attempted to target the masks but to no avail as a third masked man emerged from beneath the ring and attacked MJF with a pipe on the already injured shoulder.

Back in the ring, a masked man his a thunderous Heat Seeker and with their feet on the ropes, made a pin on MJF and captured the victory.

While two more masked men would reveal themselves, attacking MJF after the bell, Samoa Joe finally ermerged, hobbling and carrying a steel chair.

As the masked men left the ringside, the Devil appeared on the screen with the message ‘Pleasure doing business with you’, as Samoa Joe then turned on MJF!

With Samoa Joe screaming, “I did this to you,” you delivered a violent Muscle Buster to MJF in the center of the ring, laying out the World Champion.

Samoa Joe ended tonight’s AEW Dynamite holding up the AEW World Championship belt in triumph as commentary wondered if this how AEW Worlds End on pay-per-view could end this Saturday in Long Island.

MJF will defend his AEW World Heavyweight Championship against Samoa Joe at the aforementioned pay-per-view this Saturday, December 30.
