AEW Star Praises Tag Partner’s Growth Under ‘Stress & Pressure’ AEW

An AEW star has praised their tag team partner for their growth as a performer under the “pressure and stress” of being on television.

Harley Cameron made her return to AEW following injury at the July All In pay-per-view and has recently been teaming with Willow Nightingale.

With Nightingale being familiar with Cameron, having been the Australian star’s first opponent in AEW back in 2022, she has now shared her thoughts on her current tag team partner.

Speaking on SHAK Wrestling, Cameron praised her tag team partner, having seen her growth as a performer on television, saying:

“Before getting to know her, anytime people are coming in to work with us and they’re not officially on our roster, you don’t really know anything about them. You kind of meet them that day, and then bam, you just have to work together. So you never know their background or anything. But, immediately, Harley was so just warm and kind and eager to do as best as possible from that very first day.

“It’s been so amazing to see her growth because she came in already look(ing) like a million bucks, has this beautiful singing voice, a talented musician, ventriloquist extraordinaire, has comedy chops, all these amazing things. Is crushing it in the ring and is constantly trying to get better.

“So many of us have been doing this for like a decade, and that’s not something you could just learn overnight, but Harley is doing this on television and crushing it. I don’t know if I would have been able to grow under the same pressure and stress. And I’m so happy to have that strong willed and dedicated, hardworking person at my side.”

Her ventriloquism skills have been seen on last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, with Mini Mone getting involved in The CEO’s championship celebration.

Cameron would also give her honest thoughts on the positive side of Mercedes Mone holding twelve international wrestling championships.
