AEW’s Kenny Omega has announced a big change for his presentation ahead of his return to the ring at NJPW Wrestle Dynasty.

Omega will be in action on January 5 for the first time since his hospitalization due to diverticulitis in December 2023.

The AEW EVP will face off against NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Gabe Kidd in a non-title singles match.

Ahead of stepping back into the ring, Omega has taken to Twitter to announce that he’ll be debuting new entrance music at Wrestle Dynasty.

Revealing the star-studded names behind his new theme, Omega wrote:

“Before my return tomorrow, I want to announce that I’m debuting a new entrance at the Tokyo Dome.

“A new song created by the amazing Final Fantasy 14 & 16 composer Masayoshi Soken, with vocals by Jason Miller and a special voice by the legendary Nobuo Uematsu.”

Omega notably made a number of one-off special entrances at the Tokyo Dome during his NJPW run, often paying homage to Final Fantasy.
