AEW’s Ricky Starks Names Major WWE Stars As Dream Opponents

AEW’s Ricky Starks has recently listed opponents he’d like to face, believing that “if they want it, they want it.”

In a recent interview with DAZN Wrestling, Ricky Starks listed multiple names on his wishlist, saying:

“I would do, I would do me versus Naito.

“I would do me versus Punk for sure.

“Me versus Seth.

“I would run back Cody.

“I would do Kenny.”

Clearly, some names on the list are more likely than others, especially with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in WWE and the status of Punk in AEW still a topic of discussion.

Starks would go on to explain his mentality in realizing this sort of thing, explaining:

“Those are the main ones that I could think of, but I’m also not a big, like, ‘write these guys names down on a list and post it on Twitter’ person.

“Like, I’m just not that dude.

“If they want it, they want it, you know?”

Starks joined AEW in June 2020 and would join Taz to form Team Taz alongside Brian Cage, leading to a feud with Cody Rhodes and Darby Allin.
