AEW Star Has First TV Match In Over A Year AEW

On tonight’s August 12 edition of AEW Collision, an AEW star had his first match on television since April 2022, and it was a title shot!

After Christian Cage and Luchasaurus were in the ring and Cage went so far as to claim to be even better than ‘Ric Flair’ (because AEW is in Greensboro, North Carolina) another associated legend was seemingly summoned.

Arn Anderson appeared alongside his son, Brock Anderson, as Arn informed Luchasaurus that he was the TNT Champion, not Christian Cage, but also that neither could match up to Brock!

Challenging Christian Cage & Luchasaurus to a TNT title shot right now, Cage accepted on behalf of the big dinosaur and Brock vs Luchasaurus kicked off straight away.

In the end, Luchasaurus retained his TNT title and there was a run in from Darby Allin after the bout.

Announced for AEW All Out is Darby Allin challenging Luchasaurus for the TNT Championship.

Elsewhere on tonight’s Collision, it was revealed one fan favorite star would absolutely be missing both AEW All In and AEW All Out as he was suspended from in-ring competition for 30 days. You can click here to read more about that.
