AEW Star Needed 10 Stitches After Full Gear Match

AEW star Chris Jericho needed 10 stitches after the AEW Full Gear 2023 pay-per-view as he revealed in the post-show media scrum.

Appearing in the AEW Full Gear post-show media scrum, Chris Jericho confirmed that he received 10 stitches “from the stairs” during the match where the Golden Jets (Jericho and Kenny Omega) took on the Young Bucks.

Elsewhere in the post-show media scrum, Chris Jericho noted that Omega wasn’t present since he went home to be with his cat who was sick.

Everyone at WrestleTalk wishes all the best to Kenny Omega and his furry family member.

Earlier in the media scrum, MJF made a tearful appearance where he talked about being in a great deal of pain after his main event match against Jay White.

Noting that he could have phoned it in, he elected not to and powered through to put on the best match he could because he loves the sport.

Also in the media scrum, AEW’s newest signing Will Ospreay commented on his decision to sign with All Elite Wrestling.
