An AEW star has returned on tonight’s AEW Dynamite after having been off television after an injury for over a year.
On tonight’s AEW Dynamite (January 3) there was a match between Orange Cassidy and Dante Martin for the Intercontinental Championship in which Cassidy retained.
However after the match, Danhausen and Hook came out in support of Orange whereas Action Andretti and Darius Martin from Top Flight came out for Dante.
It was then that Private Party made their return, with Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen reappeared with their velvet rope entrance.
The crowd was very excited to see Marq Quen, chanting ‘Welcome Back!’ as they came to the ring, stating that they were putting all of the AEW tag teams on the roster on notice.
Listing off the tag teams in the ring as well as notable others like FTR and the Young Bucks, Private Party believes that it should be ‘new year, new champs!’ in 2024.
Elsewhere on tonight’s Dynamite, Adam Cole’s new faction was given an official name. You can click here to read more about that.
