AEW Star Warns Fans He ‘Might Not Come Back Alive’ From Hiatus AEW

AEW star Darby Allin gave an emotional promo tonight on AEW Dynamite, noting that he ‘might not come back alive’ from an upcoming hiatus.

After his wild performance at AEW Revolution during Sting’s last match, Darby Allin came to the ring on AEW Dynamite for an interview with Tony Schiavone.

Recalling how several years ago he was experiencing homelessness in Atlanta, now he has returned after having main evented a signature AEW pay-per-view with Sting.

While he may have a match next week, Allin looked ahead to another upcoming personal challenge, climbing Mount Everest.

Telling the crowd that since he doesn’t know if he will come back alive from climbing Mt. Everest, his match at Big Business against Jay White could be his actual last.

Noting that he intended to wrestle as though the match was his last, certainly fans are in for a wild display from Allin who has become known for his viral (and terrifying) spots.

Jay White eventually came out and the pair had a face-to-face interaction in the ring ahead of their match next week at AEW Big Business.

Big Business will also play host to the debut of Mercedes Mone (Sasha Banks), and an AEW World Championship match between Samoa Joe and Wardlow.

Elsewhere in AEW, a top free agent debuted for the company and confirmed that they elected to become All Elite in lieu of appearing in WWE.
