Tony Khan Fires Shot At WWE Hall Of Famer Following Recent Announcement AEW

AEW CEO Tony Khan made his feelings about a recent announcement involving WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff known on social media this morning.

The pair haven’t seen eye to eye for quite some time, throwing barbs at each other using their various platforms.

Khan’s latest shot at Bischoff came after the March 27 episode of AEW Dynamite with one follower noting “it’s 4 AM” in response to a tweet that read:

“Sunsetting this fraud of a business podcast before the next AEW media deal is a wise choice.

“#AEWDynamite”

The business podcast in question would be Strictly Business, with host Jon Alba having tweeted that this week’s episode would be the last.

Alba noted that Bischoff’s “schedule is loaded these days” and the WWE Hall of Famer is “putting his efforts into other endeavors”.

He would go on to praise the achievements of Strictly Business, saying that despite being “38 years apart” with “wildly different views”, it was “one of the most fascinating parts of (the) dynamic” between them.

Despite Tony Khan’s belief that it is a “fraud of a business podcast” a number of wrestlers would come out in support of the initial announcement sharing the love of the show.

Among the responses to Alba were comments from Matt Cardona and Joey Janela.
