AJ Styles Partners With Ezekiel To Take On The Miz & Ciampa

Card subject to change on WWE Raw as a previously scheduled match swerves into a tag match featuring AJ Styles & Ezekiel taking on Miz & Ciampa.

With AJ Styles and Ezekiel teaming up to take on team ‘Awesome Ciamps’ as WWE Twitter branded them, the newly confirmed partnership between The Miz and Ciampa.

Earlier in the segment, Ciampa described wanting to get a taste of the spotlight that only The Miz can offer and was helpful in assisting The Miz by covering his ears so that the crowd chanting about his “tiny balls” couldn’t be heard by the A-lister.

Finally as AJ Styles had Miz in a calf crusher, Ciampa attacked leading to a disqualification finish as Ciampa “saved Miz from certain catastrophe,” per Corey Graves on commentary.

After the match, AJ Styles laid Ciampa flat with a Phenomenal Forearm as the Miz quite literally scampered past, up the ramp, leaving his new comrade lying outside of the ring.

Elsewhere on the show, the return of Brock Lesnar with a few interruptions and Judgment Day continued to recruit a generational talent before Balor’s match against a WWE legend and Riddle attempted to watch Stranger Things with Bobby Lashley so he felt less afraid.
