UPDATE: Alexa Bliss has now addressed her WWE future after this announcement, read more at this link.
Congratulations are in order for WWE star Alexa Bliss and her husband Ryan Cabrera, who are expecting their first child.
The story was broken by E! Online, who shared the news of Alexa’s pregnancy, with the baby being due in December of 2023.
Speaking on the pregnancy, Alexa said:
“It was a total surprise, as we weren’t trying at all.
“We Facetimed my mom immediately, and then shared the news with Ryan’s family.”
Photos of Alexa and Ryan from the announcement can be seen below.
Alexa has not appeared on WWE television since her loss to Bianca Belair at the Royal Rumble back in January.
There had been some speculation about her potentially making a return soon after it looked like she was away due to a skin cancer treatment, but obviously that won’t be happening now.
Alexa is not the only WWE star currently pregnant, as Carmella also recently announced her pregnancy with husband Corey Graves.
AEW star Tay Melo also announced her pregnancy with husband Sammy Guevara during the AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view on Sunday night.
We wish all the best to Alexa and Ryan in this exciting new chapter of their lives.
