Batista In WrestleMania 35 Talks Amidst AEW Interest

If you watched Smackdown 1000 last year, you’ll know that WWE set up a future match between Batista and Triple H after the former taunted the latter about how he’d never beaten him.

Unfortunately, Triple H then tore his pectoral muscle at Crown Jewel and now the match is in the balance due to the lengthy rehab period for this kind of injury.

However, a new report from Pro Wrestling Sheet suggests that Batista is now back in talks with the company after Triple H revealed that he is back in training for a potential match at ‘Mania.

But, and this seems to be a but in a lot of stories regarding WWE, according to the report, Batista is also the subject of interest from AEW, and if the report is to be believed, he is listening to offers.

The report states Batista is currently “50/50 on returning [to WWE] at this point based on how talks have gone”, so it really could go either way, or neither way.

All we know is that there is interest from both sides, and as one of the biggest names in Hollywood and a proven draw, there’s going to be plenty of money thrown at him before he makes a decision.
