Becky Lynch has done it! In the main event against Tiffany Stratton on tonight’s NXT for the NXT Women’s Championship, Becky captured gold.
In the main event of tonight’s episode of WWE NXT, Becky Lynch migrated from the main roster to take on NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton for the title.
With her NXT Women’s Championship on the line, Stratton put on a fairly strong offensive show with the relative newcomer holding her own against the decades long veteran Lynch.
With a beautiful Swanton Bomb from Stratton on Lynch, there was a near fall but Becky Lynch could not be put away that easily.
However, in the end The Man would in the end pick up the victory after a fiery Manhandle Slam after Becky was able to escape Stratton’s Prettiest Moonsault Ever and turn Stratton’s acrobatic pop-up against her in the end.
Becky Lynch has become the NXT Women’s Champion for the first time in her career.
