The finish to the Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair match this Sunday at Survivor Series is reportedly being “greatly debated”.
It’s no secret that there’s some legitimate beef between the two women, but they’re going to have to go out and do business on Sunday whether they like each other or not.
To answer the “is it a work or is it a shoot” question – well it’s not as binary as that makes it sound. Yes, they do have legitimate issues, but yes some of it is being played up to hype the match.
Anyway, WrestleVotes has shared a little bit of backstage insight ahead of the match, tweeting:
From what I gather there is still some legitimate animosity between Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair, a feeling of disdain between them both. With that said, WWE is expecting 100% professionalism Sunday in their matchup, however I do know the finish has been greatly debated.
Lynch will be representing Raw at Survivor Series with Charlotte Flair representing SmackDown after they both swapped brands and titles in the WWE Draft, which was the segment that all of this really stemmed from.
Something that often goes under the radar is that Flair had actually pitched to lose the Raw Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair several weeks ago instead of doing the title swap.
