Becky Lynch Next Move Revealed After Major WWE Loss WWE

Becky Lynch has seemingly revealed her next move after losing the WWE NXT Women’s Championship to Lyra Valkyria on October 24, 2023.

As previously reported, the match was observed by Jade Cargill, with Lynch paying attention to the recent WWE signing following Valkyria’s victory.

Highlights from the match, which took place on Night 1 of NXT Halloween Havoc can be seen below this news story.

Lynch had held the title since winning it from Tiffany Stratton on the September 12 episode of NXT.

In a post on Instagram, Lynch appears to have confirmed that her time in NXT is now over, writing:

“The NbeXT era has come to an end.

“I am immensely proud of my run as NXT Women’s Champion.

“From getting to step in the ring with some of the finest up-and-comers to open challenges on Raw and being a catalyst for highlighting the wealth of hungry talent we have on our roster.

“@real_valkyria is the real deal and will be a star for years to come. The future is in good hands.”

Lynch signed with WWE in April 2013 and would make her NXT television debut in June 2014 going on to be part of the “Women’s Revolution” with her main roster debut in July 2015.

As a main roster WWE star, Lynch was the inaugural SmackDown Women’s Champion and has held that title four times so far.

She is also a two-time WWE Raw Women’s Champion and a Women’s Tag Team Champion (with Lita).

Lyra Valkyria signed with WWE in January 2020 and appeared regularly on the now-defunct NXT UK as Aoife Valkyrie before making her NXT debut in December 2022.

The NXT Women’s Championship is Valkyria’s first championship reign in WWE.
