Beth Phoenix WWE Roster Status Update

An update has emerged on the status of Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix and her current position on the WWE roster.

On Saturday, February 18 at Elimination Chamber, Beth Phoenix teamed with her husband Edge in a win over Judgment Day’s Rhea Ripley and Finn Balor.

Despite his absence from October to January, Edge is listed as a member of the Raw roster.

However, Fightful Select has provided an update on Phoenix, saying that she’s actually listed as “unassigned” to either Raw or SmackDown on WWE’s internal documents.

Since they both returned at Royal Rumble 2023, Phoenix has been appearing on Raw alongside Edge to combat the Judgment Day.

Despite her pivotal part in the Edge vs Judgment Day story, her last match before Elimination Chamber was actually way back at Royal Rumble 2022 when she and Edge beat The Miz and Maryse.

On tonight’s February 20 episode of Raw, Edge will challenge Austin Theory for the United States Championship after Theory retained in an Elimination Chamber match on Saturday, last pinning Seth Rollins who had just been attacked by Logan Paul.

During the post-Elimination Chamber press conference, Edge referenced John Cena being Theory’s childhood hero and the comparisons between them, which seems to tie in with Theory and Cena being planned for a match against each other at WrestleMania 39.
