Top WWE Star Wants To Play This Role In The MCU Marvel Studios

WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair has called for Marvel Studios to pick her to play Storm in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Following Disney acquiring Fox in 2019, Marvel have been teasing the introduction of the X-Men to the MCU, now they have the rights back.

While several mutants have been introduced to the famous cinematic universe, we are still waiting for many notable names to show up.

Speaking with Comicbook.com, Bianca Belair expressed a desire to play Storm, noting that she’s just waiting for Disney to give her a call.

Explaining why she wants the role of Storm specifically, Belair said:

“Oh, 100%. I would love to cross over onto the movie scene and play Storm and just play such a strong, amazing character.

“I think that, hopefully, Hollywood is ready for a strong, powerful, muscular woman to come on the scene, and if they are, then that’s me, and I’m ready.

“I’m just waiting on the phone call.”

Several familiar WWE names are currently working in Hollywood, including Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Batista and John Cena.

The Rock and Cena currently have play characters for DC Studios, with Cena portraying Peacemaker and The Rock debuting as Black Adam in the DC Extended Universe.

Former WWE Tag Team Champion David Otunga made some brief appearances in the latest MCU TV series, She-Hulk, playing a one of Jen Walters’ dates.

Former Women’s Champion Sasha Banks was notably featured in a Disney project while with WWE, starring in the second season of ‘The Mandalorian’ Star Wars series as Koska Reeves.

Bianca Belair will compete in the women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series.
