
A loss tonight on pay-per-view sure seems like a big clue that a former WWE star is returning just in time for the Royal Rumble 2024.
Tonight, TNA Wrestling was resurrected as IMPACT Wrestling returned to their previous name and kicked off ‘a new era’ of the company.
Along with the new name, multiple new champions were crowned including a new TNA Knockouts Champion.
After 182 days as Champion (after winning the title at July 15 2023 IMPACT Slammiversary from Deonna Purrazzo), Trinity formerly known as Naomi in WWE, has lost her title.
With continued rumors that Trinity could be returning to WWE as early as even the Royal Rumble with reports that Trinity was ‘finishing up her commitments’ with TNA Wrestling by ‘the end of January’.
While Trinity may have lost her TNA Knockouts title on tonight’s pay-per-view, she won’t be suffering the loss alone in Las Vegas.
Spotted in the stands cheering on the TNA Wrestling pay-per-view were two very familiar faces.
