Big Swole Says Triple H Should Push Cedric Alexander WWE

Former AEW star Big Swole has urged Triple H to push Cedric Alexander now that he runs WWE creative.

On Monday (July 25), WWE shared a statement confirming that Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan will be co-CEOs following Vince McMahon’s retirement. The statement also confirmed that Triple H will be assuming all duties related to WWE creative.

The wrestling world has been busy speculating, making pitches about changes they’d make to WWE TV if they were in Triple H’s shoes.

Big Swole has made a case for her husband to be featured more prominently on TV, pointing out that the former Cruiserweight Champion had people chanting for Triple H to sign him during the 2016 Cruiserweight Classic.

Wanting to see Alexander do something meaningful, Big Swole tweeted:

“Push Cedric; the guy that has ppl sayin ‘Please sign Cedric’. The man that had everyone in they seats for a pre show at WM. One part of the faction that kept the pandemic entertaining. That Cedric.

“Yeah I’d do something meaningful with him but that’s just me.”

Triple H notably acknowledged fans’ ‘please sign Cedric’ chants during the Cruiserweight Classic, walking the popular star to the back following his tournament loss to Kota Ibushi.

Swole retweeted a clip of this moment, writing:

@TripleH I ain’t gon’ hold you.

1. Congratulations on your new jobs
2. Remember my boy ?

Since these posts were shared, Alexander has retweeted both, in addition to posts from fans also wanting to see him pushed.

Alexander was in action during Monday’s WWE Main Event taping, teaming with his former rival Mustafa Ali. Their match will air on this week’s episode.

Alexander’s last televised win was over T-Bar on Main Event earlier this month.
