Speaking on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer has provided an update on the WWE status of Bo Dallas, who hasn’t wrestled a match for the company since October 2019.
Some have speculated that Dallas may have been quietly released from the company, but Meltzer has confirmed that the former NXT Champion is still under contract with WWE and has not been fired. At this time, creative just has nothing for him.
“Yes (he’s still signed with WWE). He’s there and you know how they say ‘creative has nothing for him’? In his case that’s actually true. Usually when people say that it’s something else. I don’t know why he’s never been cut, they never use him. But, they didn’t cut him and they cut all of those guys that they cut in April. He’s still there, still got a job. No idea what or why or anything. Big mystery.”

This comes after it was revealed that a WWE Hall of Famer actually pitched adding Bo Dallas to The Wyatt Family during a creative meeting. You can read more about that story by clicking here.
