Top WWE Star Comments On Vince McMahon’s Departure & Praises New Management WWE

Braun Strowman has commented on Vince McMahon’s departure and praised WWE’s new management.

In the wake of COVID-19 and budget cuts, Strowman (real name Adam Sherr) was released from WWE in June 2021.

Vince McMahon was notably still heading up WWE at the time.

Since Paul Levesque (Triple H) took the helm, a number of previously released stars have been welcomed back.

The Monster Among Men was one of them, and Strowman made his return during the September 5 edition of Raw.

He was recently in a feud with Omos that saw the two giants go toe to toe at Crown Jewel on November 5.

In a recent interview with the Toronto Sun, Braun Strowman shared some thoughts on WWE management past and present.

He said:

“I think it’s awesome. It’s always evolving. I always had a great time with Vince when he was in charge. He always led the steam for the motion of what WWE is.

“I have a great relationship with Steph and (Triple) H and they’re such amazing people and they have such a passion for the business and the industry.”

The new regime headed up by Triple H is seemingly going down well with fans and WWE staff alike.

Reports of an improvement in WWE backstage culture emerged recently. You can read more about this right here.

Strowman noted that the show was evolving to become more ‘fan-orientated’ and explained:

“WWE is the top of the mountain when it comes to sports entertainment and Stephanie and (Triple) H are doing such an amazing job with the young talent that we have in the locker room, portraying these storylines along and just putting out a great product and it’s showing in views and everything else across the board.

“I couldn’t be happier to be back at this time, helping drive this bus into the future.”

Braun Strowman is currently feuding with Intercontinental Champion Gunther on SmackDown.
