AEW’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament is now officially in the books, with it considered a great moment by both the company and the fans.
The best moment came when Owen’s widow Martha gave a speech about her late husband at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view, with many hoping that Bret Hart would be in attendance for the event.
While Bret’s WWE legends contract prevented him from appearing on the show, he was asked about the tournament in an interview with SportsKeeda, where he said he is happy to see his brother honoured in any way.
He said:
“I’m happy to see Owen remembered in any way. It was very nice.”
While the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament was fantastic, there are eight things that we believe AEW should have changed about the tournament.
