Bryan Danielson has revealed that he would add popular AEW star Daniel Garcia to the Blackpool Combat Club.
In 2022, Bryan Danielson was involved in a storyline with Daniel Garcia that featured the two men in a series of matches and teasing that Garcia would join the Blackpool Combat Club.
However, Garcia eventually stayed with Chris Jericho and the Jericho Appreciation Society, betraying Danielson and costing him the ROH World Title.
The BCC still consists of Danielson, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta in 2024.
Appearing as a guest on The Nikki & Brie Show, Bryan Danielson stated that he likes the BCC as it is, but if he had to add another talent to the group, he would add Daniel Garcia. He said:
“I really like the B.C.C. as it is right now. But if I had to pick one person to add, I think it would be Daniel Garcia… I like his style.”
The Blackpool Combat Club will be in action when Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli will face Eddie Kingston and FTR on the February 28 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Danielson will then move on to challenge Kingston for the AEW Continental Crown Championship, while Daniel Garcia will challenge Christian Cage for the TNT Title on March 3 at AEW Revolution. For the full lineup for the show, click here.
