WWE Hall of Famer and LFG coach Bubba Ray Dudley has given his “advice” for developmental talents who have been released by the company.
A number of the contestants on WWE LFG over the first couple of seasons are no longer with the company, most notably season one winner Tyra Mae Steele.
In a new interview with WrestleRant, which was recorded prior to the most recent releases over the past few days, Bubba was asked if he had any advice for those talents.
He said:
“I give them no advice. They’re gone. There is one talent out there that got let go that I see working hard on her own. In season two, we saw Haze Jameson, now known as Pinky Montoya out there on the independent scene.
“Nobody knows why she was released, but she’s trying to make it on her own in the indies and trying to work her way back maybe to LFG or to Evolve or to NXT, wherever.
“But I really don’t have advice for these other talents. Maybe you should have taken it more seriously. Maybe you shouldn’t have put your feet up on the table. Maybe you should have shook hands. Maybe you should have been more polite. Maybe you should have busted your ass a little more. Maybe you should have cut a better promo. You’ve got five minutes – get over or get out.
“This is not a business for boys and girls, it’s a business for men and women. I’m not here to coddle anybody. I’m here to help you sign a contract with WWE, become a millionaire, make something of yourself, and help this business thrive into the future.”

Season three of WWE LFG kicks off tonight with the updated coach lineup of Dudley, Booker T, Natalya and Kevin Owens and a new format where the coaches aren’t competing against each other.
Who Will Win WWE LFG Season Three
The lineup for season three of WWE LFG features Kam Hendrix, Chantel Monroe, Elio LeFleur, Myka Lockwood, PJ Vasa, Dorian Van Dux, Masyn Holiday, Shido Ash, Carlee Bright, Chris Island, Nikkita Lyons, Elijah Holyfield, Kali Armstrong and Drake Morreaux.
Island and Bright were released by WWE this past Friday, so it appears he won’t be winning.
There are some more established names than previous seasons in this lineup, with Bright, Lyons and Armstrong all having been around in developmental for years at this point, and names like LeFleur and Van Dux only signing last year but being featured quite prominently on NXT TV in recent weeks and months.
As far as the new names, the one to watch has to be Elijah Holyfield, who has actually been on the previous two seasons of LFG but had his season two run cut short due to injury.
The son of boxing legend Evander Holyfield has shown a great deal of potential thus far and could be the big breakout talent of the series going forward.
