Former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho is now set for a huge appearance in Japan, with Jericho calling out a rising star.
During the September 24 DDT-Pro show ‘Who’s Gonna TOP?’, Konosuke Takeshita, with Don Callis in his corner, picked up a victory over MAO.
Following the bout, a video message from Chris Jericho aired, in which Jericho ripped a photo of Takeshita.
Continuing his AEW rivalry against the Don Callis Family, Jericho acknowledged that Takeshita has attacked him several times on Callis’ behalf.
Now out for revenge, Jericho challenged Takeshita to a match at DDT Ultimate Party 2023 on November 12.
