
An update has emerged on Chris Jericho’s AEW status, amid speculation following two months away from the ring.
Jericho hasn’t wrestled since losing to Bandido in their ROH World Championship vs Mask match at the April 6 Dynasty pay-per-view.
With Jericho off TV while touring with his band Fozzy, there have been rumors swirling about his status, with Jericho yet to make his return following the conclusion of his tour.
Per Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Chris Jericho is now waiting for a storyline for his AEW return.

AEW is currently building to All In Texas, which will emanate from the Globe Life Field in Arlington on July 12.
Several AEW title matches have been confirmed for this show, including an AEW World Championship match between champion Jon Moxley and champion Hangman Page.
Mercedes Mone is also set to challenge for a top title, with the CEO to face off against AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm.
