CM Punk WrestleMania 40 Status Seemingly Confirmed

CM Punk WrestleMania 40 Status Seemingly Confirmed WWE

The WWE WrestleMania 40 status for CM Punk has seemingly been reveled after his injury has left him out of action.

In a vignette that aired featuring CM Punk on tonight’s WWE Raw, he was pretty clear that he would be showing up at WrestleMania 40!

In the video that showed him participating in rehab, CM Punk had a thought about why he couldn’t miss the big event.

CM Punk asked what the first four letters of Philadelphia were and noted that there’s no spelling the host city’s name without Phil.

And there won’t be a WrestleMania in PHILadelphia without PHIL, whether he is invited or not!

A place that CM Punk is certainly invited to is Monday Night Raw for next week’s show in Chicago, Illinois.

The March 25 edition is the second to last before WrestleMania 40 and surely his hometown crowd will be thrilled to see CM Punk in Chicago again.

Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE Raw, Drew McIntyre debuted a new WrestleMania 40 inspired t-shirt where he celebrates injuring Punk.

It seems that Punk will have the chance to respond next week!

During Drew McIntyre’s in-ring segment with Seth Rollins, he continued to declare that he would win the WWE Heavyweight World Championship, no matter the condition Rollins is in.

Seth Rollins will team with Cody Rhodes to take on Roman Reigns and The Rock at WrestleMania 40 on Night One.

Rollins is then set to defend his title against Drew McIntyre on Night Two.
