The Young Bucks have commented on the announcement that backstage footage of CM Punk and Jack Perry’s AEW All In is set to be aired on the April 10 edition of Dynamite.
In news that few would have seen coming, it was announced on AEW Collision (April 6) that AEW EVP’s Matthew and Nicholas Jackson will “present backstage footage from All In and discuss for the first time”.
Several sources including Fightful Select and Dave Meltzer have confirmed that those within AEW expect the company to air the actual footage featuring CM Punk backstage at All In, with the segment reportedly not being a bait-and-switch as has been heavily speculated.
In a new update to the situation, The Bucks have now addressed the announcement via social media.
Taking to their joint Twitter account, Nicholas and Matthew tweeted:
Roll. The. Tape.
This announcement, almost eight months after the All In London incident took place comes following comments CM Punk made in a much-discussed appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Hour.
During the interview Punk was asked many questions about his time in AEW and the incident in London which led to his departure from the company.
