A lot of crazy moments happen at WWE’s untelevised live events, and that continued to be the case at last night’s live event in Springfield, Missouri.
On the show, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso retained their championship in a three-way tag team match against the Alpha Academy and Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser of Imperium.
Cody and Jey made the defence of their titles, before having some fun with two of their challengers on the night.
Alpha Academy’s Otis has used the Caterpillar as his finisher for many years in the company, and he instigated Cody, Jey, Chad Gable and Maxxine Dupri to perform the Worm.
The live event also featured Carlito teaming up with Joaquin Wilde of the LWO, with the pair taking on the Street Profits in tag team action.
Cody and Jey are set to defend their titles against the Judgment Day on tonight’s (October 16) Season Premiere episode of Raw.
