Cody Rhodes has reacted to Randy Orton’s WWE return at Survivor Series after announcing it on last night’s Raw.
The story of last night’s (November 20) episode of WWE Raw focused around the men’s War Games match, and the babyface team looking for their fifth member to face off against Drew McIntyre and the Judgment Day.
The final member ended up being Randy Orton, with Cody announcing him as the member following the main event between Drew McIntyre and Jey Uso.
Cody detailed his past with Orton, saying that it was a man that he had a ‘Legacy’ with, calling back to their time in the faction from 2008 to 2010.
Taking to Twitter, Cody responded to WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray talking about the show closing angle, and Cody looking to call an ‘old friend’.
He simply said:
