Released WWE Star Praised As ‘One Of The Most Selfless People’

A WWE star has hailed Dana Brooke for her selflessness in response to the 34-year-old’s social media statement on her release.

Brooke, who had served with the company for ten years, was one of the multiple stars released from their contracts on Thursday, September 21.

Tributes poured in for Brooke following the news of her release breaking, with the former WWE 24/7 Champion later sharing a full statement on Twitter.

In response to the lengthy post, Brooke’s most recent NXT rival Cora Jade would post a message of gratitude for the veteran performer, who had featured heavily on Tuesday nights following her move to NXT in June.

Jade wrote:

One of the most selfless people I’ve ever met. Thank you @DanaBrookeWWE
