Dana Warrior Says Current WWE Star Reminds Her Of Ultimate Warrior

Speaking on The Bump yesterday, Dana Warrior revealed that current WWE Raw Women’s Champion Asuka reminds her of her late husband, WWE Hall of Famer Ultimate Warrior.

While explaining the comparison, Dana noted that like her husband, you don’t have to understand everything that Asuka says to be invested in her character and her segments on TV:

“I also love to watch Asuka. Asuka is someone who is so colorful in many regards. She reminds me a lot of the Ultimate Warrior because you don’t always have to understand what she’s saying to understand that she’s a fierce warrior.”

Asuka was in action last weekend at Survivor Series, where she was unable to defeat Sasha Banks in what was, surprisingly, a fantastic singles match between the two women’s champions.

It has been speculated that WWE is building towards a Women’s Tag Team Championship match at TLC next month between Lana and Asuka, and the reigning champions Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax.
