An update has emerged on new title belt designs for multiple WWE championships, following Triple H taking over creative.
After Vince McMahon’s retirement, it was reported that Triple H hopes to make several belt design changes.
In a new update from Belt Fan Dan, who has broken many belt-related news stories in the past, new designs for both the men’s and women’s tag-team championship titles are currently being worked on.
The WWE Tag Team Championship will soon have a black strap and a large WWE logo on the center plate. The Women’s Tag Team Championship belts will soon have coloured backing.
Belt Fan Dan wrote:
New WWE Tag belts are described to me as being the existing design, dual plated, black strap and having a stacked, large WWE logo in the center. They also have the OLD never used tags which are the women’s tag style on colored straps.
Women’s belts getting colored backing soon.
Initially working as the head of creative and EVP of Talent Relations following Vince McMahon’s departure, Triple H was recently ‘elevated’ to Chief Content Officer. Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan are the current co-CEOs of WWE.
