A WWE star has revealed what he’s most proud of from his career.
Dolph Ziggler is celebrating 19 years in WWE this year. From his time in OVW and then a member of the Spirit Squad to his repackaging and becoming one of the most reliable performers on the roster, Ziggler is a mainstay in the promotion.
In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Ziggler was asked what he is most proud of from his 19-year career. He jokingly answered:
“The money! Like it’s craaazzzy.”
Dolph continued on to admit that he is proud of his longevity and ability to work anywhere on the card, saying:
“Uh, no. Most proud of, I think it’s this Cal Ripken esque thing and also not being a total douche after 19 years of like 90% losses.”
“I feel like I have this thing where even right now I could open a show against a local guy, I could be in the intermission match for the IC Title and nobody would blink an eye.”
“And I could be in the main event if someone got hurt tomorrow and they’d go, ‘he’s not gonna win, but man this is gonna steal the show.’ And to be able to do that with so few days off in 19 years, I’m very proud of that.”
Dolph Ziggler is currently a Raw star and last appeared on the March 31 pre-WrestleMania 39 edition of SmackDown in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
