WWE Star Ready For A WarGames Match

WWE Star Ready For A WarGames Match WWE

Dominik Mysterio has commented on the possibility of the Judgment Day faction competing in a WarGames match.

The WarGames stipulation was brought to the main roster for last year’s Survivor Series premium live event.

While it hasn’t been confirmed that the stipulation will return for the 2023 show, there has been a lot of speculation about Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio’s plans for the show, considering the faction now has a lot of enemies on Raw.

Speaking on the In The Kliq podcast, Dominik Mysterio reminded fans that he doesn’t like cages, because of his extensive time in jail.

Noting that he’d tough it out to compete in WarGames, Mysterio said:

“You know, whatever it takes to keep me away from locked cages and locked doors. I’m all for it. I’m not willing to put myself into another cage, especially with a bunch of other grown men, but it is what it is.

“Prison Dom ain’t afraid of anybody, but when it comes down to Survivor Series, and if it does happen to be WarGames, I just know that nobody’s touching the Judgment Day.

“We’re the crew to beat, and we are the crew. So, at the end of the day, whoever wants to step in there with us, good luck.”

Dominik Mysterio currently holds the NXT North American Championship.

While he was originally set to face Mustafa Ali at the September 30 No Mercy show, this title match will no longer take place, following Ali’s release.

Mysterio has now commented on the recent WWE releases, which you can read more about right here.
