Dominik Mysterio has named the three WWE stars who helped him in his career, naming one as “one of the best” on the roster.
The current WWE Intercontinental Champion, Mysterio had his first match at SummerSlam in August 2020.
The COVID-19 era WWE Premium Live Event would see Seth Rollins beat Mysterio in a Street Fight.
Speaking on the Intoxicados Podcast, Mysterio opened up about the influence Rollins has had on him in his career, saying:
“The first person I had a feud with was Seth Rollins. Seth is one of the best, if not THE best, wrestler currently that we have on the roster.
“So the fact that I was in there for my first match with him and he’s guiding me through all these things – still to this day I’ll go up to him and ask him certain things, and he’ll have answers for me. He’s one of those guys that’s always been around for me.”

Dominik Mysterio’s praise wouldn’t end there for his fellow main roster stars, going on to name The Usos as two who have helped him throughout his journey, stating:
“Another one, both the Usos. I started doing tag matches against Roman Reigns and the Usos – it was me, my deadbeat and John Cena.
“So it was like, I had no business being in there with five guys who are basically legends in this business. And here I am, as white meat babyface me, but there they were helping me out along this whole journey.”
While Mysterio would name Rollins and The Usos for their support, he would also give praise to the rest of the roster, explaining:
“I feel like everyone’s kinda just been super helpful with me and trying to guide me and help me go in the right direction for sure.”
