After missing the last two weeks of Monday Night Raw due to COVID-19, Drew McIntyre has returned to the ring.
During the WWE Superstar Spectacular event, promoting their new Indian brand, McIntyre returned in the main event. He teamed with Indus Sher from NXT to defeat Jinder Mahal and the Bollywood Boyz.
Clearly, the WWE Champion must have passed a COVID-19 test before he was allowed to compete. This match comes a few days before his 14-day quarantine was supposed to be completed on January 25.

McIntyre will likely now be on Raw this coming Monday to take part in the Royal Rumble go-home show. He is set to defend his WWE Championship against Goldberg at the Royal Rumble, although the two have not interacted since McIntyre was challenged.
This was also the first match for Indus Sher since they defeated two enhancement talents on a June episode of NXT.
