Former WWE Champion Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has appeared at Raw Day 1 live from San Diego, California.
Find out which former WWE Champion returned to Raw for the special episode dubbed, Day 1.
Early in the show it was announced that the ‘internet rumors’ about a former WWE Champion appearing would happen, and finally it has.
With the segment being announced in advance as set to occur, Raw went to commercial break telling fans to tune in for the segment.
However once Samantha Irvin announced a ‘former WWE Champion’ and Jinder Mahal appeared, cutting a ‘You people…’ promo on America… something seemed afoot.
As the fans behind Mahal all jumped up, the signature music of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson hit as he walked to the ring.
Pausing to show the camera his goosebumps, by the time he got in the ring and posed the San Diego crowd has broken out into a full “Rocky!” chant.
