It was reported earlier in the week that WWE had pitched a new faction for Edge to go along with his new gimmick, with a rumored name being Damian Priest.
It turns out the rumors were true, as Priest appeared at ringside during Edge’s match with AJ Styles on tonight’s show.
Priest distracted Styles as he was going for a Phenomenal Forearm, allowing Edge to Spear him out of midair to score the victory.
