The Miz and Rey Mysterio became the final two qualifiers for the World Cup (TO DETERMINE THE BEST IN THE WORLD) at Crown Jewel.
Miz defeated Rusev in a super-short match thanks to the expected distraction from Aiden English.
Mysterio beat Shinsuke Nakamura for the first time since his return in a sloppy outing that suffered from timing issues.
The pair join John Cena, Kurt Angle, Seth Rollins and Dolph Ziggler from Raw and Randy Orton and Jeff Hardy from SmackDown.

All eight of the competitors in the World Cup (TO DETERMINE THE BEST IN THE WORLD) are American.
Do WWE know what a World Cup (TO DE . . . Oh, forget it) is?
Well, the United States did fail to qualify for the most recent FIFA World Cup so maybe it’s understandable.
Anything is possible on #SD1000… and nothing proves that more than witnessing @reymysterio vs. @ShinsukeN for the first time EVER! pic.twitter.com/TYrMYSegEf

Perhaps they have been confused by Baseball’s World Series, which is contested exclusively by Americans.
No bracket has yet been confirmed for the tournament, nor the format (though one would assume it is a one night single elimination tournament) but both are expected to be confirmed shortly.
