All Elite Wrestling CEO Tony Khan has announced that AEW has made another acquisition of a former WWE talent.
Making the announcement on social media during tonight’s broadcast of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan welcomed a new member to the AEW commentary team.
Welcoming Carlos Cabrera to the All Elite Wrestling team, Khan wrote:
“Welcome to the @AEW commentary team tonight on Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite!
“Carlos Cabrera is All Elite!”
Cabrera was the former lead Spanish announcer for WWE.
In February 2022, Cabrera was released from the WWE after having been with the company for nearly 30 years.
Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley returned, bringing back to AEW his IWGP Championship.
