A former WWE star has made their in-ring return on IMPACT Wrestling.
At IMPACT Hard To Kill 2023, Mickie James put her career on the line against Jordynne Grace with the IMPACT Knockouts World Championship up for grabs.
With the huge stakes on the line, Mickie had one of her career rivals and real life friend Lisa Marie Varon, better known to wrestling fans as Victoria in WWE or Tara in IMPACT Wrestling.
On the January 26 edition of IMPACT on AXS TV, IMPACT Wrestling Director of Authority Santino Marella assigned Gisele Shaw a tag team partner for her Knockouts Tag Team Titles shot against The Death Dollz of Taya Valkyrie and JesSICKa.
That tag team partner was known other than Tara making her in-ring return. Despite having a former five-time Knockouts World Champion as her partner, Shaw decided to disrespect Tara and not tag her in for the duration of the bout.
This led to the former WWE star attacking Gisele Shaw and laying her out with the Widow’s Peak to allow The Death Dollz to retain their titles.
As previously reported, the former Victoria commented on a possible Royal Rumble return during a recent interview.
