An iconic former WWE tag team is set to reunite for the first time in seven years.
The Dudley Boyz last teamed together during their last run in WWE, which ended in 2016 after they were drafted to the Raw brand.
Following their retirement, D-Von Dudley continued to work as a producer for WWE until earlier this year when he and the company parted ways, while Bubba Ray returned to IMPACT Wrestling as Bully Ray.
While holding many tag team championships in WWE, the Dudleys also found major success in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling as Team 3D.
Now, announced during Busted Open Radio, the two men are set to reunite for the first time in seven years at the upcoming IMPACT 1000 event on September 9 in White Plains, New York.
D-Von discussed his WWE departure, and whether or not he is likely to return to the company in the future.
Bully Ray recently spoke about the ongoing story with Jack Perry in AEW, and how he believes he could help draw 1 million viewers to Dynamite.
