How WWE Internally Views IYO SKY Revealed

2023 Women’s Money In The Bank winner IYO SKY cashed in her championship opportunity back at SummerSlam last month, defeating Bianca Belair to win her first main roster Women’s Championship.

IYO’s cash in came in the midst of tensions within Damage CTRL between her and Bayley, with a split of the group being teased for months following their loss at WrestleMania 39.

However, Bayley and IYO attacked Bianca backstage on SmackDown, causing her to take time off from the company.

In an update from WrestleVotes, who revealed some of the internal WWE roster listings today, which included WWE now viewing LA Knight as the top babyface on SmackDown.

When asked about the women’s roster, and specifically IYO, they responded:

Top of the heel side, yes.

IYO is seemingly on course to face off with Charlotte Flair for the WWE Women’s Championship in the future.

IYO will team with Bayley to face Charlotte and Shotzi on this week’s episode of SmackDown.
