WWE have announced via Twitter that Jinder Mahal will square off against Roman Reigns this Monday on WWE Raw, just six days before they clash at Money in the Bank.

Big words from a scared man. You want to make a challenge? Get ready for the biggest fight of your career. Just another Monday for me. #Raw #MyYard #B2R https://t.co/eefwkUXvCd

This could be a way to write the match off Money in the Bank, because, you know, it’s in Chicago, so there is a very good chance the live crowd would have absolutely massacred it.
However, as it stands, the match is still scheduled for next Sunday’s WWE Network Special, so who knows, maybe we’ll get to witness this dream match twice in under a week.
When he first moved over to Raw in the 2018 Superstar Shake-up, the ‘Modern Day Maharaja’ spent the majority of his time moaning about not being given opportunities.
This is despite him being given the exact same opportunities as everyone else.
This led to him taking out his frustrations by attacking Roman Reigns in the ‘Big Dog’s Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifier against Sami Zayn and Finn Bálor, in which Bálor came out the victor.
Reigns the took hit upon himself to start moaning about not being given fair opportunities.
This really is captivating stuff.
Over the last few weeks, the former Shield member has attack Jinder Mahal backstage numerous times, including spearing him through a sheet of cardboard. Sorry, I mean a wall.
I am quite interested in seeing what implications Monday’s match will have, if any, on Money in the Bank, and whether the match will be bumped from the card entirely.
Are you looking forward to this match? Why have they moved it forward? Let us know in the comments below or on Twitter here.
