Impact Wrestling Star SIGNS New Deal

Impact Wrestling Star SIGNS New Deal

Speculation over the future of Eli Drake, one of Impact Wrestling’s most valuable commodities, is over.

The 35-year old was widely tipped for a WWE return when his contract expired on July 31, where he previously competed under the name Slate Randall in NXT.

However, Drake has seemingly had a change of heart and has signed a new multi-year deal with Impact.

The promotion announced the news via Twitter:

Drake is expected to be part of upcoming Impact PPV Slammiversary XVI on July 22, though his opponent at this time is unknown.
