When KENTA showed up on AEW Dynamite and blasted open the fan dubbed “Forbidden Door”, many people were eagerly awaiting the next crossover between AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Well, that wait is nearly over, as AEW has announced that Jon Moxley will defend his IWGP United States Championship on the May 12th episode of AEW Dynamite against NJPW star Yuji Nagata.
The #ForbiddenDoor has been opened once again, as @tonyschiavone24 just confirmed that Wednesday, May 12 @JonMoxley will defend the #IWGP US Championship against the legendary Yuji Nagata (@nagata769) LIVE on #AEWDynamite at 8/7c on TNT!

This match will be Moxley’s first defence of his United States Championship on AEW television.
