AEW star Jeff Hardy has filed his plea for his DUI charge from earlier this month.
On June 13, Hardy was arrested in Volusia County, Florida and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license and violating restrictions placed on a driver’s license.
According to court records, the AEW star filed a written plea of “not guilty”for his DUI charge on June 28.
Jeff Hardy is set for an Arraignment-Bond heard on July 5 at 2:30PM EST.
On June 14, Hardy was suspended without pay from All Elite Wrestling and cannot return until he completes substance abuse treatment.
During the pre-Forbidden Door media call, Tony Khan addressed Hardy’s situation. He said that Jeff is “doing much better” and is currently in treatment.
Following the arrest, Matt Hardy opened up about how his brother was doing after his suspension.
